Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and StreamMesh (“we”, “us”) for your use of streammesh.live and dashboard.streammesh.live (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

StreamMesh lets you upload videos and stream them as a live broadcast, on a loop where the platform allows it, to an account you control on the streaming platforms we support (the “Platforms”). Today these are YouTube and Instagram, and we may add or remove Platforms. You stream using a stream key you provide or, on YouTube, a channel you connect. We are an early-stage product and the Service, its features and its limits may change.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must give accurate information and keep your password and stream key secure.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • You may use the Service only for a channel or account on a Platform that you own or are authorised to stream to.

3. Your content

You keep all rights in the videos and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, convert and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service, including sending it to the Platforms you choose on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having all the rights and permissions to stream it. We do not review it before it is streamed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • stream content that is illegal, or that infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • stream content that violates the terms of service, community guidelines or other policies of the Platform you stream it to;
  • stream content that is sexually explicit involving minors, incites violence or hatred, or is otherwise harmful;
  • attack, overload or try to break into the Service or other users’ accounts;
  • use the Service to relay or resell streaming to others, or use it in a way that unreasonably burdens our infrastructure; or
  • use another person’s stream key without permission.

5. Platforms and other third parties

The Service works with the Platforms, but we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, including YouTube, Google, Instagram and Meta. Your use of each Platform is governed by that Platform’s own terms and policies, including its rules on looped or repetitive content, live video and monetisation. We do not guarantee that a Platform will accept, keep live, recommend or monetise your stream, and we are not responsible for actions a Platform takes on your channel or account, or for changes a Platform makes that limit or end what the Service can do there.

YouTube. The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service to stream to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Connecting a YouTube channel is optional, and you can end it at any time: choose Disconnect on that channel on the Destinations page, or remove StreamMesh on Google’s security settings page. Either way StreamMesh loses all access to the channel, and streams to it cannot be started until you connect it again. Our Privacy Policy explains what we access and store.

Instagram. By using the Service to stream to Instagram, you agree to follow the Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Instagram decides who may go live with streaming software and how long a live may last, and a live there ends when Instagram ends it.

6. Availability

We work to keep streams running around the clock and restart them automatically if they fail, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Streams may stop because of maintenance, outages, problems with your video or with a Platform, a Platform’s own limits, or other causes beyond our control. Do not rely on the Service for anything where an interruption would cause serious harm.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, stop your streams, or remove content, if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, put the Service or other users at risk, or if we must do so by law. We may also discontinue the Service, giving reasonable notice where we can.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you have paid nothing, to INR 1,000.

10. Your responsibility

You agree to defend and compensate us against claims, losses and costs arising from Your Content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
