Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free gives you one stream at a time with a monthly streaming allowance, no card needed. Upgrade whenever you need more.
How much does StreamMesh Premium cost?
Premium costs ₹999 per stream per month, or ₹9,990 per stream per year (about 17% less, two months free). From 4 streams, every stream costs ₹799 a month or ₹7,990 a year.
How does per-stream pricing work?
You choose how many streams can be live at the same time, from 1 to 10. Each one is a stream slot; a stream going live on two platforms uses two. From 4 streams up, every stream is billed at the lower volume rate.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for twelve months up front and save up to 17%, which is two months free. It renews once a year.
Can I add or remove streams later?
Yes, from Billing in your dashboard. Extra streams are yours right away. Fewer streams take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you've paid for.
What happens when I cancel?
Nothing is taken away straight away. Your subscription stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again. After that you're back on Free; your videos and streams are kept.
Do you give refunds?
No. Payments aren't refunded, in full or in part, when you cancel. Instead you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for: cancel on 10 November a month paid up to 25 November, and Premium stays on until 25 November. A charge made in error, such as a duplicate payment, is refunded.
Which payment methods do you accept?
